Turcode looks like a set of numbers and possibly Latin letters. The code must contain a dash sign (-) inside the code, to the right of the dash sign - always only numbers. Turcode example: 123Tu81211-123456. An example of how the page will look if you enter the correct turcode:
If you bought a tour, but did not receive a number in the register of tour operators: Perhaps your travel agent forgot to tell you the number of the tour in the Tourist Return Guarantee Fund, although he received it from the tour operator. If he cannot tell you, or the displayed data is incorrect (not your tour, but someone else's), please inform the fund by filling out this form.
In the event that the tour was not really registered, but sold, the perpetrators will be punished (the tour operator who sold the tour will be deprived of the license for tour operator activities). This is required by paragraph 3 of article 27-3 of chapter 4-1 of the law "On tourism activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated 11/17/15. Be sure to leave a contact to contact you, as your contract with a travel agent and payment receipts may be needed as proof tour sales.
ATTENTION: the law applies only to outbound (external) tourism.
